For over 30 years,Sue has been trained in the art of cooking Indian food by an Asian friend.

She would now like to share her talent with you and not just with family and friends.

Sue's Indian Fayre has always been made at home by Sue, but due to popular demand and lack of space she has had to take the step of taking Unit 9 so her products will still be handmade from the finest ingredients, but in her new kitchen at the Henstead Arts and Crafts Centre.

Sue's products include Indian and Indian Fusion Curry Pastes, Pickles, Chutneys, Sauces and Jams.

is designed to help you learn how to cook your favourite Indian dishes and how to use all the wonderful spices which help to create Great Indian Fayre.
